Adult Training Program:

Adult classes meet 6 days a week, focusing on four aspects of training: Kenpo, Jiujitsu, Karate and Kobudo. Students are required to attend a minimum of 2 classes a week, but have the freedom to attend as many classes as they want.

Class curriculum is broken down into three categories:

  1. Bow In, Meditation, Stretching
  2. Calisthenics, Basics, Freestyle
  3. Instruction - Kenpo utilizes rank requirement charts to determine what instructors teach in class. These charts allow instructors to see where each individual student is with their training. This method allows instructors to teach in a group setting, but covering material on an individual basis, maximizing the instruction so that every student leaves class with new material.

Children's Training Program:

Children's classes meet 6 days a week and are limited to 15 students to maximize learning and quality of instruction.

Class curriculum is broken down into three categories:

  1. Techniques (Monday and Tuesday)
  2. Forms and Sets (Wednesday and Thursday)
  3. Freestyle (Friday) - Standup and Ground Fighting
